All across time the demon roamed, scraping its existence into the memory of mankind. But something was off about this log file in particular. 'Encounter Log No. 682-426-1991' it read. Where did this page come from, though? It was not in the database, nor in any files that had been scoured previously.
It had the normal redacted information for security measures, but something definitely was off about the file. "Item No. 682 encountered at [REDACTED] with three other instances of the same item. Object of [REDACTED] metallic origin seen within vicinity of 682s. Possible ██████." And that was it.
Nothing more.
I sat there, dumbfounded for a moment. Something clearly had been going on then. 1991 was a key to something about this feral, yet undeniably genius creature. I would have to look into it further, and I would be damned if I wouldn't find out.
